Today’s media landscape is exploding.  While some platforms are more well established, with each new generation there is an evolution in consumption, device usage, and behavior enabled by new technology.

My name is Jarrod Purdon, I’m a Director of Marketing at UPS.  This blog is part of my coursework for the Integrated Marketing Communications graduate degree program at West Virginia University.

Over the course of eight weeks I’ll be exploring how emerging media has and will continue to redefine the roll of marketing communications.
